We baptise infants, older children and adults. It is a special and important occasion. Baptisms are conducted in the context of a Sunday service. (Unless arranged to be a full immersion experience at a local beach!)
Through baptism a person becomes a member of God’s family, the Church, so you are encouraged to come to church on a regular basis, to grow in faith.
Within the baptism service you are asked to make several promises and declare your faith in Jesus Christ. For an infant the parents make these promises on their child’s behalf.
It is your choice to have Godparents or, in the case of adults, a sponsor.
The service of Baptism is free.
To start planning the baptism of your child or for yourself, I’d love to have a conversation with you. Please contact:

It’s important we get to know each other, and to answer any questions you may have about Baptism.
